Cynthia Rowley S/S 2012

Inspired by precious metals, Rowley’s collection is primarily a palette of gold, black, white and gray. The collection is suitable to many; it includes various flattering high-waisted A-line dresses with impressive patterns that are very eye catching. I see this collection being a hit with the consumers.

WhatIWore: I really liked the Cynthia Rowley’s S/S 2012 collection. I’ve only seen two of her shows live, but she always does really cool things with her runway. Tonight’s set up included a solid gold (and reflective!) runway.

There’s a lot of things…

Over-the-top hair and makeup tends to rule the tents, but DKNY’s spring look was totally doable for the real world. “The theme of the look is all-over natural,” said makeup artist Charlotte Willer. An unexpected accent on the eyes (a single dot of glitter on the top lids) gave otherwise fresh faces a hint of sparkle.

Tiers are anticipated to be part of 2011’s trends, with dresses and skirts, like this dress from the Christian Cota Spring 2011 collection, making their appearance early in the year. Don’t get yout hopes up to quickly however, tiers can quickly lead to tears if you are among the many women who many not be able to pull it off. If you are one of the lucky few, wear enough for the rest of us!

Hot color of 2011!
Honeysuckle, not a soft pastel that you might imagine, but a strong pink that screams confidence and femininity. Picked as the Pantone color of the year 2011.

One of my favorite purses that I scored this Christmas! I just love the snaps on the sides to allow me to expand the purse if I need to, not to mention I am completely in love with the prints and colors so I decided to take some photos to share ♥
